Faridpur is a lovely town.If you get any chance to visit the town, I'll request you to visit the town using a rickshaw for 1-2 hours.
At every turn of the town, you'll find numerous numbers of edifices those are built during the British Colonial period.
Some of the structures are occupied by the Government, and some are private properties of rich people. The police line buildings are developed during the era of British. Also the General Hospital(Sadar Hospital) was also built during that period.
If you go further, you'll find the Zilla high school and the Government Rajendra university colleges are also built that period. The Jasimuddin Hall is just beside the Judge Court area, and the Alimuzzaman Hall either.
There are other government office which are taken place inside some old buildings. Some of them are restricted to enter, and some of are open for public for their regular interaction with government work.
